Training opportunities and matches against strong, well-known teams in the MENA region may be available. This depends on the teams' availability and whether matches can be arranged, so these opportunities are not guaranteed.

They are rooms provided by Tencent for PUBG Mobile. They are used when well-known, qualified teams are available to take part, and their availability is not guaranteed every day.

You can request a cancellation and a refund within the first 24 hours from the start of your subscription only. After 24 hours, the subscription fee cannot be refunded.

No. GLORY is responsible for the agreed services, management and organization, while results and qualification depend on the team's performance and the tournament results.

For tournament prizes, the delivery date depends on receiving the prize from the organizer and the tournament's procedures. GLORY is not responsible for any delay caused by the tournament organizer.

For training or prizes related to GLORY's own services, delivery or processing may take 30 to 60 working days depending on the type of service and the procedures required.

If the team stops, takes a break, or does not take part in training or events, those days are not compensated or replaced.

The subscription is not compensated or extended because of official holidays, Eid or breaks linked to official tournaments, in line with the terms of service.

Friday is an official day off and does not count as a service day.

Some services or requests that are not part of the package may have additional fees. Extra fees or taxes may also apply to some international transfers and payments, depending on the payment method and the financial provider used. Any additional cost is explained to the client before the service is carried out.
