Terms & Conditions

Subscription period
- Subscriptions are available for 7, 14 or 30 days, depending on the period chosen.
- A monthly subscription lasts 30 calendar days from the date the subscription is activated.
- Services and training are provided 6 days a week. Friday is an official day off.

Holidays and days off
- If the subscription period overlaps with Eid holidays, national occasions, official holidays or breaks linked to official tournaments, those days are not compensated and the subscription is not extended.
- Friday is an official day off and does not count as a service day.
- If the team does not play, takes a break, cancels a training session or event on its side, or does not take part for any reason, those days are not compensated or replaced.

Cancellation and refunds
- The team may request to cancel the subscription and receive a refund within the first 24 hours from the subscription start date.
- After those 24 hours, the subscription fee cannot be refunded.
- If the team wishes to stop after the first 24 hours, it may return later to continue or start its service at a convenient time, arranged in coordination with GLORY, without a refund of the subscription fee.

Choosing a manager
- The team may choose a specific manager from the list, subject to availability.
- If the chosen manager is not available, the service will be provided by another available manager to keep the service running.
- Choosing a specific manager does not guarantee their availability for the whole subscription if operational circumstances change.

Registration and events
- Registration in events and tournaments is limited to the features of the chosen package.
- A package does not include any additional services or registrations not listed in its features.
- Event and tournament dates depend on the organizers and their availability.
- GLORY does not guarantee the team's qualification or any specific result or ranking.

Special training opportunities
- Some packages include training opportunities against strong, well-known teams in the MENA region, such as PMGO, PMGC or PMWC teams.
- These opportunities depend on the teams' availability, their schedules and whether matches can be arranged, so they cannot be guaranteed for the whole subscription period.
- If such teams are unavailable or matches cannot be arranged during the subscription, this is not considered a breach of service and does not entitle the team to a refund or compensation.

Use of New Zone rooms
- Some packages may include access to New Zone rooms.
- These rooms are used only when well-known, qualified teams are available to take part.
- Use of New Zone rooms is not a guaranteed daily service for the whole subscription period.
- Room availability and participating teams depend on circumstances and coordination at the time of the event.

Prizes
- Prize tracking and delivery follow-up are only available in packages that include this feature.
- Prizes depend on tournament results and the organizer.
- GLORY is not responsible for any delay by the organizer in paying out or delivering prizes.

Team responsibilities
- Provide correct team and player information.
- Keep to event and tournament schedules.
- Make sure the team attends at the scheduled times.
- Inform the manager of any changes or circumstances that affect the schedule.
- Follow all tournament and event rules and conditions.

Payment
- The service is activated once payment is completed.
- Payment processing fees may be added separately depending on the payment method used.
- Payment processing fees are not deducted from the manager's pay.

Additional services
- Each package includes only the services listed in its description.
- Any service or request outside the package may be available at an additional cost, depending on the request and whether it can be provided.

Acceptance of terms
- By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to all service terms and conditions, including the cancellation and refund policy, the holiday policy, and the limited availability of special training opportunities and New Zone rooms.
